Le perdite marroni nel primo trimestre di gravidanza, soprattutto nelle primissime settimane, non sono preoccupanti. Si tratta quasi sicuramente di perdite da impianto, dovute all’impianto dell’embrione nell’endometrio, il tessuto che riveste la parete uterina. In questa fase si possono rompere alcuni piccoli vasi sanguigni, con conseguenti perdite ematiche. Se il sangue fuoriesce subito, si presenta rosso o rosa, mentre se resta nell’utero qualche giorno in più si ossida e diventa marrone. Le perdite da impianto avvengono di solito una settimana massimo dieci giorni dopo il concepimento e durano pochi giorni, per questo sono impossibili da confondere con il ciclo mestruale. Se le perdite dopo qualche giorno, invece di arrestarsi, dovessero diventare più abbondanti e di colore rosso vivo, accompagnate da dolori addominali, è necessario rivolgersi al proprio ginecologo.

Le perdite marroni in gravidanza nel secondo trimestre e nel terzo sono meno frequenti e possono essere spia di qualche problema che riguarda la crescita del feto o la sua posizione nel ventre materno. Per questo motivo, è bene recarsi dal ginecologo per una visita, per indagare le cause delle perdite anomale. Se le perdite dovessero diventare da marroni a rosse, soprattutto se abbondanti e accompagnati da crampi all’utero, è necessario rivolgersi immediatamente al medico o all’ospedale più vicino, perché potrebbe trattarsi di una minaccia d’aborto.

Perdite marroni in gravidanza quando preoccuparsi

In conclusione, bisogna preoccuparsi delle perdite in gravidanza se:

  • continuano per oltre quattro giorni,
  • diventano sempre più abbondanti,
  • diventano di colore rosso vivo,
  • sono accompagnate da malessere e dolori addominali,
  • la gravidanza è già stata dichiarata a rischio.

Vi consigliamo, comunque, di rivolgervi sempre al ginecologo in caso di dubbio, per tranquillizzarvi ed evitare di correre inutili rischi.
