1. Acquisire consapevolezza del suo ruolo di padre

Seguire tutti i momenti della gravidanza è molto importante per un neo papà. Andare insieme alla propria compagna alle visite e agli esami è un ottimo modo per essere partecipi. Vivendo questi momenti, anche il padre potrà avere una comprensione immediata e diretta di quello che sta succedendo.
Fino a che il bimbo non sarà nato è la mamma a vivere i cambiamenti più significativi nella sua vita e nel suo corpo. Tuttavia vedere l’immagine del piccolo in utero e sentire il battito del suo cuore, da una visione reale dello sviluppo fetale anche al papà.
Il papà deve assistere alle ecografie anche per seguire e tutelare la crescita del suo bambino.
Inoltre, oltre a partecipare a questi momenti di confronto medico, il padre può interagire col bimbo attraverso la sua voce. Parlare ed accarezzare il pancione è un modo speciale col quale si può comunicare col feto.

Si diventa genitori in due, anche se la gravidanza ed i primi mesi sono più gravosi per le mamme. Anche i papà hanno un ruolo fondamentale che devono assumere fin da subito.

3. Favorire un attaccamento precoce al suo bambino

Il papà deve assistere alle ecografie per costruire fin dal primo istante una relazione profonda col suo bimbo.
Quando il piccolo sarà nato, ci saranno diversi modi nei quali il papà potrà consolidare il legame padre figlio. Ma anche seguire da vicino la gravidanza è fondamentale per costruire le solide basi della nuova famiglia.
Alcuni ospedali e centri sanitari non permettono che il padre assista a tutti gli esami. Tuttavia anche accompagnare la mamma fuori dalla porta, quando è possibile, è importante a livello emotivo. Il papà può rappresentare, inoltre, anche un sostegno materiale nel caso in cui alcuni esami risultino per la mamma particolarmente stancanti.
Diventare genitori è un’esperienza meravigliosa sia per la mamma che per il papà. Anche lui ha contribuito alle realizzazione di questo bellissimo miracolo: la nascita di un bambino!
