Spesso, quando si cerca una gravidanza, ogni minimo cambiamento nel proprio corpo viene interpretato come un sintomo di concepimento. I primi sintomi di gravidanza, del resto, sono ben chiari: seno gonfio e con areole scure, nausea, spossatezza, ventre che inizia a diventare prominente e, ovviamente, ciclo mestruale assente. Non sempre, però, questi sintomi indicano con certezza che si è incinte, potrebbe trattarsi anche di sindrome premestruale. Allo stesso modo, non tutte le donne incinte presentano gli stessi sintomi. Avere una gravidanza senza sintomi, soprattutto durante i primi mesi, è possibile. Vediamo perché.

Gravidanza senza sintomi iniziali

Come abbiamo anticipato, è possibile avere una gravidanza senza sintomi iniziali. Ovviamente, l’unico sintomo sempre presente è l’assenza delle mestruazioni. Nelle prime settimane è possibile avere delle piccole perdite di sangue, dette perdite da impianto, ma quest’ultime sono ben diverse dal flusso mestruale, che è molto più abbondante delle perdite dovute all’impianto dell’embrione, di solito scarse e rosate, oppure marroncine. La nausea è un sintomo molto frequente, soprattutto nel primo trimestre di gravidanza, ma non tutte le donne ne sono affette. Lo stesso si può dire del seno, che a volte ci mette qualche mese per aumentare di volume a causa della produzione del latte.

Gravidanza senza sintomi, è normale?

In conclusione, una gravidanza senza sintomi è normale? Sì, non temete! Nella maggior parte dei casi si avverte almeno un po’ di spossatezza, ma alcune donne fortunate non hanno alcun fastidio durante la gravidanza, almeno fino a quando non raggiungono gli ultimi mesi, quando il pancione diventa pesante. In alcuni casi, poi, i sintomi di gravidanza più comuni, come la nausea, sono presenti durante i primi mesi di gravidanza e poi scompaiono improvvisamente. Anche in questo caso non c’è da preoccuparsi, perché potrebbe essere dovuto semplicemente al fatto che il corpo si è abituato ai cambiamenti in atto. A volte, però, potrebbe essere anche sintomo di un’interruzione di gravidanza, quindi è sempre bene rivolgersi al ginecologo per fare un’ecografia e verificare che non ci sia alcun problema.
